This is very nicely done! When I first saw it, I thought it was quite simple, but it makes you look again. The detail you put into this...

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________SHOW SCHEDULE

Day One - Arrival
Horses arrive around noon and are unloaded at the show barn complex. They are then assigned their stall for the duration of the competition. CBR has plenty of stalls for all the competitors. The vet check happens during the evening.
The weather is typical Alberta weather; 20oC (68oF) with a light breeze. The evening brings a slight drop in temperature but the weather remains beautiful.

Day Two - Events Begin
Outdoor rings open early in the morning around 6 AM for schooling, which lasts for about 3 hours. At 12PM the halter competition starts in the Hickstead ring  and then ends at about 1:30PM. Starting at 3PM is the Handy Hunter competition in the All Alberta ring, which ends at about 6PM. The Hickstead and Big Ben rings open again for schooling at about 7PM so horses and riders can get used to the arenas at night.
A light cover of fog in the morning with temperatures hovering just below 10oC (50oF). With things heating up, the fog dissipates mid morning. Clouds begin to cover the sky that evening  and the temperature drops back down to 10oC (50oF) that night.

Day Three - Events Continued
The Hickstead and Big Ben rings open early in the morning around 6AM again for schooling which lasts for about 2 hours. Participants are free to take a hack around the property. At about 1PM that afternoon, Stadium Jumping commences in the Big Ben ring, lasting about 3 hours, and ending at approx. 4PM. While all outdoor arenas are closed for farrowing, indoor arenas are open to allow the riders and their horses to get used to the indoor conditions. Arenas are open until 9PM that night.
The morning starts off with a beautiful sunrise, starting the day off at about 18oC (64oF)with high humidity. As the sun gets higher, the temperature just keeps going up, reaching it's height at about 2PM where it's 29oC (84oF) and very humid. Dark clouds begin rolling in around 4PM and there is a thunderstorm that night.

Day Four - Events Continued
The indoor arenas are open for schooling at 5AM since all the outdoor arena footing is still quite sloppy from the storm last night. The horse's and rider's safety is the #1 priority of CBR, so schooling is to take place indoors. Schooling lasts for about 3 hours, ending at 8AM. The Speed Derby begins early at 9AM in the Chinook ring and ends at around 11AM. Later that day, the Mini Prix is run in the Rocky Mountain ring, at about 2PM and ending around 5PM.
The morning is cloudy, the humidity has dropped as did the temperature, which stands at about 5oC (41oF). Later that morning, the temperature increases to a more bearable temperature. For those not accustomed to Alberta weather, it would be cold.

Day Five - Events Continued
Hickstead and Big Bean rings are now again open for early morning schooling which opens at 6AM and lasts 3 hours. No events start until later in the day. The Grand Prix starts at 2PM in the Rocky Mountain ring and will finish around 5PM. Then, the floodlights are turned on in the All Alberta ring and the Hunter Derby starts at about 8PM and should end around 10PM.
The heat is up again; the morning starts off warm at about 20oC (68oF) and the afternoon a sweltering 39oC (102oF). The dry Alberta heat is relentless but slowly starts to cool off to a more reasonable, yet still uncomfortable temperature.

Day Six - Event Continued
Schooling starts at 6AM and the arenas stay open throughout the day as the one remaining event takes place at night. The competitors are encouraged to take a nice leisurely hack around the farm. The Puissance doesn't start until 8PM that night. The stadium floodlights are turned on in the All Alberta ring and the competitors compete until 10PM. After the event, the Celebration Gala is held in the convention center. Awards are given and the competitors stay up until the wee hours of the morning
The day is typical Alberta weather, 25oC (77oF) with a breeze and slight cloud cover. That night, the clouds disappear for the Puissance competition and Celebration Gala.

Day Seven - Departure
Competitors pack up and head home.
Rain falls through ought the better part of the morning, but by lunchtime, the sun begins to peak through the clouds.
